A deposit of $250 is required at the time of reservation.  $50 is nonrefundable.  The remainder of the deposit will be returned following the event.  Any infractions of the rules may result in fines.  In addition, any cleaning fees or damages will be deducted from the deposit.  The deposit is waived for IOOF members;  However they are still bound by the conditions and policies set forth.

Same-day setup no additional charge

Previous day setup is based on 4-hour time blocks and if available.

 

Weekdays – $140 per floor

Weekends – $160 per floor

Your date is secured by this application and your deposit. Rent is due 30 days prior to event. Rent is due when hall is secured if less than 30 days. No exceptions. We accept Cash, Checks: payable to Scarlet Lodge 75 IOOF, and Zelle: 850-866-3611 Scarlet Lodge 75 IOOF

Tables Available: Tables and chairs included in the rent. 9 – 8’X2.5′ downstairs

8 – 6’X2.5′ upstairs
